This was the 8th Annual Chambly Academy Fashion Show organized by Secondary 5 student Stephany Leemburg and assisted by Aurélie Hawes. This fashion show began as a way for the students of Chambly Academy to support for their fellow student Adam Taylor, who was battling leukemia. His treatment required very long and difficult hospital stays and his friends at Chambly Academy reach out to support him through cards, hospital visits, gifts and fundraising. Sadly, Adam passed away four years ago after a very courageous fight. However, the popularity and success of this event remains a lasting tribute to the Adam Taylor Fund at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. Adam’s fund is dedicated to easing the daily challenges faced by children and youth hospitalized today.

Une belle journée bien remplie. Le bruit des gros moteur NASCAR, des hot-dogs, une mini, un peu pluie, beaucoup de monde et du fun en masse!

La petite compétition des 14 ans et moin fut un succès. Plusieurs participants et beaucoup de prix pour les 4 premiers.

Plusieur groupes étaient suposé jouer. La pluie en à affolée plusieurs.

C’étais il y a 4 ans. Le palm isle skateshop présentait un démo de skate, intérieur, à la maison des jeunes de Candiac. Vous pouvvez voir: Asselin, Degrace, St-Cyr, Spénard & Boivin. Foisy et Michaud étaient de la partie, mais ne sont pas dans le montage.

12 mois, 12 thèmes, 1 année scolaire, les élèves de Chambly Academy on marchés devant plus de 400 personnes habillés des plus beaux vêtements. De plus ils ont amassés des fonds pour L’hôpital de Montréal pour enfants. Bravo!
